Don't have access to our group training but still want a coach to check in with you occasionally to see if you are on track? We have just the option for you, called Web or Online Coaching. You will get a solid, proven training program developed in heart rate training principles that work! Our plans are easy to follow and great for all levels of athletes from beginners to advanced! What is Web Coaching? 
Web coaching is designed to help you if you can't join a local group training program.
We do understand that our group training program might not fit your busy schedule, your budget, or that there might not be a program in your proximity. This is were web coaching comes in.
We want everyone to have access to our solid training methods and a program that helps them achieve their goals. Web coaching helps provide a program that is proven as well as provide a valuable resource in the form of a live coach who checks in with you weekly and helps motivate, encourage and educate you.
Also, you can begin at any time, but our programs are 8 week programs. We also encourage use of heart rate monitor (not included in training fees). We have recommended start dates for popular races, but you can elect to join for any event 8 weeks out.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are near a local training group- we highly encourage you to join as you will get immense benefits training with other like-minded women including face to face coach interaction, team camaraderie, visual learning and much more. Even if you can't make every workout, you will still get benefits.

Day by day schedule of training for 8 weeks
Video tips and demonstrations online
Weekly call or email from a professional certified coach
Ongoing monitoring of your training log to ensure success
Heart Zones Testing instruction/guidance to complete assessment on your own (run and bike)
Access to team tent (if available) and pep talks pre-race (Sally Edwards does pep talks for our Trek Women Triathlon Group Teams!)

How much is Web Coaching?
Web coaching is just $139.00 for 8 weeks of proven training. More programs will be added soon! Currently we are offering Sprint Training Programs only.

What's available?
All programs are 8 week in duration. We have Level 1 (beginners) and Level 2 (for more advanced or experienced swim/bike/runners doing 5 hrs of training already weekly). We have training specifically for various events including Trek Women Triathlon Series and Danskin Triathlon Series (click on sign up and then select your race on the next page). If you are interested in any other sprint distance events, please select GENERAL RACE. Upon sign up, you will be emailed by our office to determine start dates of your program. (Please allow at least a few days prior to start date, to allow processing and proper online log setup.) What is included? How much is it? Sign up now!
