This is a personal approach to building your fitness and your sport-specific skills.  You and your certified coach will discuss your goals, your dreams, and your season training plan. As you go, you'll discuss your weekly goals, your progress, and your training log with your coach via the phone and email. Whether your goal is to stay healthy and fit or whether you are training for a specific event, your Heart Zones® personal coach can take you over the top to meet your fitness goals.

Your coach will begin with an assessment of your current fitness level so that your training program begins and progresses from there. An initial interview with your coach will assure that you and your coach are clear about your goals.

What packages are available?

We offer monthly coaching ranging from $189.00-$209.00 a month, as well as one-time or hourly assessments at $85.00 per hour.  With all coaching packages, there is a one time set up of $175.00.  The hourly or one-time assessments include any topics you want to discuss with your coach including season planning, workout planning or heart rate education.
