Event Calendar
Train in a group and learn all the skills and techniques necessary to compete in running, cycling, or triathlon events. Our programs provide all the first-class training, sport skills development sessions, and professional coaches to motivate and prepare you to peak for your chosen event. You will stay motivated and have accountability when you train with others! It's about more than a plan, it's about being part of a community to lead you to the finish line successfully! Our training program is based on solid training principles and Heart Zones Training Methodology developed by Hall of Fame and renowned author and speaker, Sally Edwards.
We specialize in providing group training programs for Triathlon, Running, and Cycling events.

What you can expect in most programs:
- Two weekly coached workouts in swimming, biking, and running/walking
- Heart rate training based on Heart Zones Methodology--The Proven Way!
- Training articles
- Online access to your training program, including team online social networking
- Online video library of skills and drills
- Proper clothing and equipment recommendations
- Basic strength and core exercises
- Combo workouts (i.e. workouts combining bike and run or swim and bike)
- Swim technique (open water and in the pool)
- Bike handling skills, plus bike fit and maintenance
- Running technique and interval training
- Transition practice and race-day planning
- Mini-triathlon--putting it all into practice!
- Supportive and upbeat training group
Programs may include:
- Heart rate assessments
- Online training plan via workoutlog.com
- Technical Wicking Tee, or Hat or Gear bag or other SCHWAG!
- Water Bottle
- Swim Cap
- Race day support
For 2010, Heart Zones Coaching will be providing training for The Trek Women Triathlon Series and the Danskin Triathlon Series (ours is the Preferred Training Program). We are also one of the preferred training partners for the Max Performance Triathlon Series. Our programs are nationwide, geared towards you- the woman athlete! They are for all ability levels.
