If you are pressed for time and need to perfect your sport-specific skills and drills, attend a two- to three-hour clinic with Heart Zones Coaching! We offer clinics in open-water swimming, cycling, running, or transitions. An experienced, supportive, and certified coach near you has the expertise to help you improve your skills whether you are new to the sport, or a veteran. These clinics not only educate but also involve the participants in demonstrating and perfecting the skills and biomechanical aspects of the sport.
You will learn such things as:
- Appropriate gear and apparel
- Race-day preparation
- Confidence-building skills (mental training)
- Skill development on swimming, biking, running
- Practice in a group or wave

Swim Skills Clinics
Learn how to improve your swim in the open water and/or in the pool. Stroke work and skills are taught to help you navigate the swim portion of the triathlon. Mental skills to prepare you for mass starts and panic prevention will be covered.
Course Skills Clinics
Practice on the actual race course so you know exactly what race day is like. You experience all aspects of triathlon from swimming, transition, cycling, running and much more!
