As a Heart Zones Coach, you will be listed on the Heart Zones Coaching web site along with your biography and photo. Your coaching business will build with referral business. You will receive merchandise discounts, newsletters, ongoing training on how to use our coaching tools, our brand, and the Heart Zones methodology. You will also have access to logo apparel and business cards.

We are looking for coaches that have a passion for excellence and demonstrate the following characteristics and skills: leadership, motivation, marketing skills, creativity and teamwork.

To become a member of our national team of coaches, you must meet educational and certification standards, and must also do the following:

• Abide by the Coach's Code of Ethics.
• Demonstrate coaching competency.
• Become an expert in implementing the Heart Zones training methodology.
• Become a certified Heart Zones Coach (all sports or Triathlon) prior to coaching.
• Show passion for continuous improvement.
• Be accessible through open and timely communication.
• Challenge the participants and provide positive, accurate, and continuous feedback.
• Utilize and be open to using our technological tools to manage your program and your athletes.
• Be a role model.
