Testimonials:
I think that [at] every training session I came away with something that encouraged me, gave me a new way of looking at things, or confirmed that I was on the right track.--Susan P.
Reflecting on Sunday's "tri" I keep thinking about how much more prepared I was than I thought I was! Credit goes partially to my motivation, but more importantly to the training you provided. Your knowledge, encouragement and easy-going style made it all so much fun.--Diane (age 61)
Yesterday was awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and it would not have been the same had I not participated in [this group[ training. I felt very well prepared and I want to thank you for that. --Jill H.
It has been great to train with you both with all of your coaching and tri experience/expertise. I really felt very well prepared and knew what to expect for the first race….It has also been a joy to meet and work with all of the workout leaders. They have been very attentive and were there to answer all of my questions and concerns as I trained for my first race. It has been a wonderful eight week journey! - Tonya M.
You both found ways to encourage, support and believe in me. And, for that I will be forever grateful. I have never had this kind of experience. Not only did you help me accomplish my own personal goal, which by the way, was simply to cross the finish line. But, then, over the weeks of training, I became stronger and more confident and as you probably suspected, I added a personal finish time goal. I will proudly say that I accomplished both my personal goals...finishing the race and finishing 18 minutes faster than I ever thought possible! But, more importantly, I felt prepared, confident and like a winner before I even started! You guys are the best! - Paula C
