Most of your coaching and training is done by women, for women, with women, with an emphasis on safety, fun, and learning how to train. There is no other program that follows the three "F's" in training like we do: fun, fitness, and friends. Most training programs focus on your "performance" measuring how fast you can race and getting you on the winner's podium. We have programs that do that, as well as programs that get you to the starting line knowing everything you need to know prior to doing your event!

What is the cut-off date to register for a Heart Zones Coaching Training Program?

What if I have to miss a few team workouts or meetings?

I haven't trained in the past - oh 5 years... well maybe 10 years... well maybe never. Can I still join the programs?

We all have busy lives and we know that happens. We encourage you to make as many workouts as possible as to keep motivated on on track. If you do miss a workout, you can contact your coach ahead of time or follow the workout schedule online so you don't miss a beat!. If scheduling is difficult for you, you might consider One-on-One Coaching.

No problem! Even if you are new to fitness or haven't been active in some time, we can help you get there. All programs start with a base building and endurance phase and use heart rate training and zones to help you get going in the right way! That doesn't mean we won't challenge you though! :)

We understand this can be intimidating. For most of our programs, we have kickoff or "Meet the Coach" evenings for you to check out the program before fully committing and meet other women in the same situation as you. We encourage see when these are in your area after you find a program (putting in your zip code) and then by clicking on the more details section once you find one near you.

Our programs are not a substitute for swim lessons, but we will do our best to assist you an provide you direction so that you can complete this section of the triathlon. We would recommend you enhance your program with our skills clinics or even one-on-one sessions with your coach. Swim clinics are only 2-3 hours so we can't "teach" you to swim in that brief time, but we can give you direction on swim programs and swim coaches who can help you. However, we urge you to start now and take swim lessons at your club or community fitness centers. The more swimming experience you get the earlier the better you perform

All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Email us Please put "Refund Request" in the subject line.

We strive to process all returns within 7 business days of receipt.

Refunds will be processed to the form of payment used on the original order if at all possible. Credit card refunds will go back to the original card if the request is made within 25 days of original purchase. Allow two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.  If a refund it granted, a 15% processing fee will be made off total amount or original purchase price. 

Refunds for One-on-One Coaching- Request for refunds must be made 15 days prior to the start date of the program to receive a full refund. No refunds will be made after this 15 days up to or after start of program.

Refunds for Group Training Programs - Refunds will only be given for medical reasons with prior notice up to one month prior to training start date. A doctors note may be requested. We can also provide a credit to roll over to the next year. Unless a doctors notification is submitted, no refunds will be made and no roll over will be made.  If medical notice is given less than one month, no refunds will be made but the athlete has an option to roll over training for the next similar program or year.

Refunds for Clinics and Camps - No Refunds or exchanges can be made with clinics or camps unless in the event of injury or illness with medical documentation (20% processing fee will apply).

If you purchased a heart rate monitor in any of the programs, we cannot offer a refund for this product.

Please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Heart Zones Coaching reserves the right to hold orders for review.

Heart Zones Coaching reserves the right to cancel orders containing information that cannot be verified.

Heart Zones Coaching does not accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States.

A business day is Monday though Friday, except holidays.

There are no returns on heart rate monitors. These must be returned to the vendor which manufacturers the heart rate monitor. In most cases your monitor will be covered under warranty. Refer to manufacturer's warranty for details.

Paying with E-Check

Under Payment Type- Select "E-Check" option and enter the information requested.

Be sure to enter your bank routing and account numbers carefully and verify them for accuracy. A $30 service charge will be charged electronic check payments that are rejected for any reason (including mistyped numbers).

If you are experiencing troubles with your transaction it could be several things.

1.) The exact address for your billing statement for your credit card or e-check must match the address you enter for payment.

2.) The expiration date or number combination you entered on your card might not be valid, please verify it is exact as on card

3.) You are using a credit card which we do not currently support (we currently accept Visa, MasterCard and E-check payment methods).

Please note that you do not need to go back in the system and re-purchase the product again, we have a site login feature which allows you to login with a user id and password to access the transaction you are attempting to purchase. Go to SITE LOGIN and enter your user id and password for access. If you forgot your password, you can click on "FORGOT PASSWORD" and it will email to you. Please double check your junk mail to ensure it does not go there!
