Train for the Seattle TRI-ROCK Olympic distance Triathlon 10-week Team Training with an adventurous and supportive group of women led by one of Seattle's premier coaches Denise Geroux, ACSM CPT, NASM CPT, and Heart Zones Certified Triathlon Coach. Train in intermediate to advanced skills of swim - bike - run, transitions practice, mental preparation, injury prevention, nutrition, planning and goal setting, and learn to train with a heart rate monitor to scientifically track your progress. Will teach body mechanics of running-biking-swimming, training and racing skills and strategies, provide on-line training log and complete Heart Zones Coaching 10 week Training Plan.

Kickoff meeting will be May 6th, Sunday 9:00am-12am, Location: TBA.

First training on Wednesday, May 8th 6:30-8:30pm.

Training days will be Wednesday night 6:30-8:30pm (no training July 4th) and Sunday 8:00am-11:00am.

Prerequisite: must be able to swim 16 laps in a pool, bike 20 miles, run/walk 4 miles and have completed a sprint distance triathlon (or equivalent with Coach Denise's approval).

Cost: $339.00 ($319 early bird rate until April 10th!)
