We do understand that our group training program might not fit your busy schedule, your budget, or that there might not be a program in your proximity. This is were web coaching comes in.

Get a proven program that works and train for a sprint triathlon with our 8-week program. You will be assigned a professional coach who will regularly check in with you weekly to answer questions, motivate and encourage you along the way.

Also, you can begin at any time for any race 8 weeks out. We also encourage use of heart rate monitor (not included in training fees).

8 week web/online training plan with weekly check ins with coach to keep you on track.  Any race you want to do (Sprint Distance)

Heart Zones Testing instruction/guidance to complete zones assessment on your own (run and bike)
