Train for the Danskin Triathlon Series with the Official Training Program! In only 9 weeks you will complete a triathlon or improve your time from a previous one.  (9 weeks of full training, a kickoff week, and celebration party the week after the race!)

Whether this is your first tri or you are experienced, our experienced coaching team will provide a safe, proven and fun training experience for all levels of women athletes! 

This fun and supportive program will focus on developing running, cycling, swimming and triathlon specific skills for new athletes or those triathletes returning to the sport. All ages and body types welcomed. Scientific heart rate training methods will be used to customize workouts. Detailed, online plan and a personal log are included to continue training throughout the week.

Locations are mainly in Central Austin Area, but will vary depending on the workout. Two Group Training Sessions/Week - Wednesdays, 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays, 7:00-8:30/9 a.m.  Kickoff meeting on Sunday, March 28 (4:30-6 pm) at Town Lake YMCA, Training starts week of April 5th with first workout on April 7th.
