Group training program geared towards the Danskin Triathlon in Sandy Hook, NJ in September 2010.  Training begins week of July 12, 2010.

We have two levels: The Level 1 training program takes first-time triathletes from their current level of fitness across the finish line in 8 weeks. Level 2 is geared toward women who have already completed a triathlon (or have high proficiency in one of the 3 sports) and is interested in improving her time.

We meet twice a week for group workouts, and you'll receive a detailed daily plan of the workouts to do on your own. The coaches provide one-on-one feedback to all team members.

Workouts mostly occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and mostly in Central Park, except for some Monday night swim workouts (due to NYC pool availability), and some Saturday workouts (open-water swim clinic, a practice mini-tri and more special events that will leave you happy and prepared on race day!).  Pool swims at JCC Manhattan (you do not need to be a member of JCC).
