Continue your triathlon training with Heart Zones Coaching’s six week add-on program for the Danskin Women’s Triathlon on August 22 at Pleasant Prairie. Whether you wish to maintain your new level of fitness or take it to the next level and set a personal best (“PB”), you’ll continue to learn from our experienced coaches and workout leaders and enjoy the camaraderie of the training team. Training will be led by coach Susan Kane, assisted by Ironman Sarah Cummins. Group training will take place on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings at Busse Woods and other northwest suburban locations. You’ll also receive a complete 6-week workout plan through WorkoutLog.com.
