Keep your fitness up for the rest of the summer! If you already have a fitness base of at least 4 hrs a week of varying intensity and have completed a sprint triathlon recently, this is a great program for you. $129.00 for new members.  Program begins week of July 12 with first workout July 14.

This 6 week program is designed for women who are looking for a way to continue their fitness and improve their triathlon techniques in preparation for the Danskin Women's Sprint Triathlon on August 22, 2010.

The group will meet every Saturday from 7-9 am to get coach feedback on swim, cycling and running form, as well as practicing race specific skills including transitions, open water, and group cycling.

Individual workouts will be assigned daily, and coaches will be available via email to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the week.

This program uses heart rate training to maximize every workout, and it will be rounded out with extra information on nutrition, avoiding injury, gear & equipment, and mental preparation for race day.
