$149.00 for 5  weeks training till Trek Women Triathlon in Seattle in September (1 week on own, 4 weeks in group).

Training time frame: The week following Danskin Triathlon(16th – 22nd) is an active recovery week (no coached group workouts during this week – workout on own with the plan. The group will rejoin with coach and team for training on Wednesday the 25th of August for 4 weeks leading up to the Trek Women Triathlon. At this point, we will meet once weekly on Wednesdays for the remaining 4 weeks leading up to Trek.

For women that want additional structured training up to the Trek Women Triathlon or returning athletes looking to continue training with the team.
