At this point, we will meet only once weekly on Wednesdays for the remaining 4 weeks leading up to Trek.

Two training levels:

Level 1: Beginner triathlete & new to Heart Zones Team Coaching Enjoy a safe and supportive team training environment, geared to teach you all of the basics needed to know in order to complete your first triathlon. Many of our level 1 athletes are experiencing the sport of triathlon for their first time, some just making their way back into a workout routine desiring to lose weight, get fit and make a positive change in their life. While others may already have some experience in running, cycling or swimming. This training is the best “first step” you can take in learning how to successfully cross the finish line with a smile on your face and ready to compete again in a very supportive environment!

Returning Athletes: Experienced triathlete, previously completed a triathlon and participated in Heart Zones Team Coaching Ready to take your training and performance to the next level? Any triathlete returning to our training program will learn the difference between just finishing the race and getting tips and support to boost their training up a notch.

Our program is so much more than just following a workout. Proper nutrition, rest and focus on efficiency are some of the other factors that will be addressed to returning athletes. For athletes ready to take it to the next level, we strongly encourage the triathletes to begin training with a strong aerobic base. Whether your goal is to complete a triathlon for your second or third time, improve in one of the three sports or all three and a achieve a personal best, we welcome you back to our training team!
